Since it is a school building at a location with heavy traffic, it would be sensible to create a space with suitable and useful programmes, what would be of use to the grammar school pupils. However the project was based on the principle demand that the arrangement should not encourage the pupils to remain outside the school, for the school is not responsible for their actions outside the school building. This means, the school actually demanded the designing of un-useful or user-unfriendly area. The area is planned as wavy grass surface with trees. The multifunctional wall with light elements and the benches of new bus stop separates the grass area and the pavement.
