The atriums work as a green oasis, inner gardens with clear programmes and environmental concepts. Each atrium is different, not only by the theme but also by the form, materials used, colour and planting. The main elements of orientation in the large building are the colours of the individual atriums, yellow (atrium of tulips and atrium of roses), blue (atrium of hydrangeas and atrium of clematis), red (atrium of bindweeds and atrium of maples), green (atrium of conifers, atrium of decorative grass and atrium of ferns). The system of different cores is accentuated with the colour of the circumferential corridors, which provides simplicity for the orientation of residents and visitors; at the same time enabling a humane and friendly residence in a large complex.
